Am I billed as soon as I join the Daily Deal Program? No. It's free to become a member of the Daily Deal program. When you see a deal you like, buy it. We'll charge your card when you purchase the deal and it will be ready to be redeemed.

Is my personal information safe? Yes. We wouldn't have it any other way. We take the security of your personal information very seriously and utilize 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your credit card information. Additionally, we don't sell your personal information to any third parties. For more information, you can check out our full privacy policy.

Today's deal looks awesome. I want it. Now what? Just click "Buy now" before the offer ends at 12 a.m. Deals that run on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will begin at 12 a.m. and end of the next day at 12 a.m. Deals that run on the weekends will run for 48 hours. Once the deal closes, we'll charge your card and send you a link to print your deal. The charge will show up on your credit card statement as "Second Street Media."

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club.

Does the deal have to be used the same day I buy it? No way. Each of our deals has a promotional value expiration date (listed on the voucher and deal page), but you never have to use them on the day they are purchased. Most of the time you have a 6 month to 1 year window to use your jumponit. After that expiration date, the certificate must be honored at the price you paid for it for 5 years, if it is a generic jumponit that is not for a seasonal business.

 Can I get a refund for my purchase? Since the Daily Deal is time-sensitive returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a problem with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible - after five (5) business days, we cannot refund a deal purchase. To inquire about a refund, drop us a line at 802-652-6300 and someone will respond to you promptly.

Can I buy a deal as a gift for someone else? Yes. Our deals are transferable and can be delivered in a number of ways! You can have the deal directly directly emailed to the recipient at the time of purchase or later on by going to your account and clicking on the "My Deals" tab. You can also print it out and give it like a traditional certificate. Take note: Only the value of the deal will be displayed, not the price you paid.

What's with the fine print? The fine print is always necessary: Just ask a Lawyer! That said, we try to make these as friendly as possible. Each deal has unique guidelines. Take a look at them before you buy. They usually refer to whether or not the entire deal has to be used in one visit, how many deals you are allowed to buy for yourself, whether or not the deal can be combined with any other offers, etc.
